It was a nice long weekend... and what better way to celebrate summer than with a hike.
Not that summer really starts in Seattle for another few days. Still, we gathered a group and headed north to Mt Baker and the 6 mile long Railroad Grade trail... a moderate trail that climbs some 2000 feet to the foot of the Easton Glacier, on the south slopes of Mt Baker.
The weather held, and though there were more than a few other hikers on the trail, the scenery was great.
